Cortex is in alpha. It's free to test. Your work and your memory belong to you — you can export or delete them at any time. We do our best to keep it calm, safe, and useful. We're building this together.

What you can do

• Use Cortex for personal thinking, planning, and real-world action.
• Save, export, share, and delete anything you make.
• Cancel any paid plan at any time. No lock-in.

What you agree to

• Don't use Cortex to harm others, break laws, or attack the system.
• Don't try to extract other users' data or bypass safety layers.
• Outputs are generated by AI — verify before acting on anything important.

What we promise

• We won't sell your data.
• We won't train models on your private memory without your consent.
• We'll tell you before any major change to pricing, memory, or who can see your work.
• You can download or delete everything at any time from your account.

Pricing in alpha

Free tier and paid tiers are live. Founding Pass pricing is locked at $99/yr as long as your subscription stays active. Other prices may change after alpha — we'll always notify you first.

Liability

Cortex is provided as-is during alpha. We're not liable for outcomes, decisions, or losses that result from acting on AI-generated content. Use judgement.
